--CA.NMBRIA <br /> 00 <br /> March 10, 1998 <br /> Mr Alex Perez <br /> Shell Oil Products Company <br /> P O Box 8080 <br /> Martinez, California 94553 <br /> Re Site Investigation Report <br /> Shell Service Station <br /> 7910 Lower Sacramento Road <br /> Stockton, California <br /> WIC 4 204-7524-0808 <br /> Dear Mr Perez <br /> This report was prepared by Cambria Environmental Technology, Inc (Cambria) on behalf of <br /> Shell Oil Products Company (Shell) and documents the recent site investigation conducted <br /> December 16, 1997 at the above referenced site (Plate 1 and 2) The purpose of the <br /> Investigation was to evaluate the extent of petroleum hydrocarbons detected beneath the <br /> western dispenser Island, and the potential effects of residual petroleum hydrocarbons in soil on <br /> ground water quality The scope of work followed during this investigation was presented in <br /> Enviros, Inc 's (Enviros) February 14, 1996 Work Plan The investigation was initiated by the <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services (SJCPHS) based on correspondence dated January 3, <br /> 1996 and October 13, 1997 This work was performed in accordance with SJCPHS guidelines <br /> SITE BACKGROUND <br /> CAMBRIA Site Description The site is presently an operating service station located on the Lodi South <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL 7 5 minute topographic map at T2N, R6E section 16 SWIA, NEI/4 The assessors parcel <br /> number for the site is 077-330-49 The site area is approximately 0 37 acres, and is located in a <br /> TECHNOLOGY,INC commercial area of Stockton The property is bordered to the south by Hammer Lane, to the <br /> 270 PERKINS STREET, Fest by Lower Sacramento Road, and to the north and northeast by a shopping center Site <br /> equipment includes three 12,000-gallon, double-walled fiberglass underground storage tanks <br /> PO Box 259 (USTs) and three dispenser islands <br /> SONOMA, <br /> CA 95476 <br /> V1,00 <br /> FAx( 935-6699 <br />
