Soil samples shall <br /> be analyzed at the following detection limits: <br /> BTEX .005 ppm Benzene, Toluene, Ethyl Benzene, Xylene <br /> TPH-g 1.0 ppm Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons as gas <br /> TPH-d 10 ppm Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons as diesel <br /> Please submit a drilling permit application along with the$89 processing fee to PHS/EHD. A permit shall be issued <br /> prior to drilling. PHS/EHD shall be notified 48 hours prior to drilling on.site to observe sampling and grouting <br /> procedures.
