INTRODUCTION <br /> At the request of Mr Khalid Anber,Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc (AGE) has prepared this <br /> report of environmental activities conducted at 4040 East Main Street, Stockton, California (site) <br /> The scope of work included the performance of a quarterly ground water monitoring event, <br /> submission of monitoring and analytical data to the State Water Resources Control Board's <br /> GeoTracker information management system, and preparation of this report The site and <br /> surrounding area are illustrated on Figure 1 Soil borings,former underground storage tanks(USTs), <br /> and monitoring well locations are illustrated on Figure 2 Site background information is <br /> ' summarized in Appendix A <br /> 2.0. PROCEDURES <br /> 1 Field work was performed in accordance with guidelines issued by the Central Valley Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board(CVRWQCB)for the investigation of underground storage tank(UST) <br /> sites and by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD) for the sampling of <br /> ' • ground water monitoring wells <br /> 2 1 WELL MAINTENANCE <br /> On 25 and 29 December 2005, the well boxes over monitoring wells MW-1 and MW-2 were <br /> replaced, they had been damaged during recent surface grading activities conducted at the site <br /> 2 2 WELL MONITORING AND EVACUATION <br /> On 25 December 2005,the depths to ground water in monitoring wells MW-1 through MW-3 were <br /> ' measured from the tops of the well casings to the nearest 0 01-foot utilizing a Solinst water level <br /> meter Ground water elevation in each well was calculated by subtracting the measured depth to <br /> ground water from the surveyed casing elevation(Table 1) <br /> were measured approximately 6 to 8 gallons of water a minimum of three casing <br /> After water levels a pp y g { g <br /> water volumes per well)were purged from wells MW-I through MW-3 using a Waterra inertia pump <br /> and dedicated tubing Ground water temperature, pH, and conductivity were measured at regular <br /> intervals during purging using an Oakton water analyzer Field sheets and data are included in <br /> Appendix B Purged water was stored on-site in properly labeled, Department of Transportation <br /> (DOT)-approved 55-gallon drums pending proper disposal <br /> w <br /> ' Advanced GcoEnvironmental,Inc <br />
