• QUARTERLY MONITORING REPORT <br />' FORMER DIAMOND LUMBER SITE <br /> DECEMBER, 1995 <br />' 3.2 Groundwater Conditions <br /> The depths to groundwater measured on September 22, 1995 ranged between 21 42-feet to <br />' 21 82-feet bgs The elevations of the groundwater ranged from 11 53-feet and 11 68-feet above <br /> mean sea level (MSL) The direction of the groundwater flow was calculated using the BEI wells <br /> and SRK wells separately This was done because the wells are completed at slightly different <br /> ' depths and their respective water levels appear to reflect the hydrologic conditions in two <br /> different water bearing zones The groundwater gradient in the shallow zones beneath the site as <br /> reflected by the SRK wells was too flat to measure a meaningful direction of flow or gradient <br /> ' There was only a one hundredth foot difference between the groundwater elevations The <br /> direction of flow was north-northeasterly at a gradient of 0 0016 in the BEI wells (Figure 3) <br /> 1 <br /> 1 <br /> 1 <br /> 1 <br /> 1 <br /> 1 <br /> 1 <br /> 11 <br /> ' 3 <br />
