Lagorio - <br /> 1 Enclosed please find the permit applications for a soil gas survey <br /> and monitoring well installation at the Diamond Lumber facility at <br /> 151 South Main Street, Manteca The permit application fees (a <br /> total of $178 00) as well as a letter of acknowledgment from the <br /> owner are also enclosed <br /> As an addendum to the April 16, 1990 Workplan for contamination <br /> investigation, an August 1990 groundwater gradient map and refined <br /> monitoring well construction diagram are included An additional <br /> 1 addendum to the Workplan is the following set of detail lot the <br /> proposed soil gas survey. <br /> 1 Approximately 40 samples will be obtained from a depth <br /> of 5 feet Approximately 2 samples each will be obtained <br /> from depths of 10 and 15 feet . <br /> 2 The probe bores will be 3\4 of an inch wide and will be <br /> sealed with hand-poured portland neat cement <br /> Diamond Lumber and Blymyer Engineers, Inc are anxious to proceed <br /> on this contamination investigation We have rescheduled our soil <br /> gas survey to August 27 and 28, 1990 and the .installation of the <br /> monitoring wells for August 27--31, 1990 Blymyer Engineers <br /> recognizes that some processing time is required for these permit <br /> I applications but Blymyer is hopeful that you will be able to <br /> expedite this process .
