Weber Ave., 3rd Floor
Stockton, CA 95202
RE: SEPTIC REPAIR— 18043 & 18019 Manthey Road
Dear Mr. Infurna:
The City of Lathrop has received a request to renovate existing leach lines at 18043 & 18019
Manthey Road. Section 13.16.040 of the Lathrop Municipal Code requires all developments
after January 1, 1987 to connect to the City's sewer system. In this case, the existing residential
use was established prior to January 1, 1987. The continued residential use and the proposed
renovation of the existing leach lines is consistent with the Lathrop Municipal Code as long as
the capacity is not expanded.
If you have any questions or need additional information, please feel free to contact the office at
(209) 858-2860, Ext. 328.
Sincerely,
Denora Gagaza
Administrative Assistant I
Copy: Matt Browne, Chief Building Inspector
Bruce Coleman, Community Development Director
DG:dg
16775 Howland Road, Lathrop, California 95330 www.ci.lathrop.ca.us
l:V'erblicWiuhslGeimmilCorregmndencel20031Seplember 2003118043&.18019 SMANTHF.YROAD.dnc
