Prior to beginning work on the property. each of the Buyer's <br /> Parties shall provide to Seller proof of property damage and public liability insurance of at <br /> least$1,000,000 naming Seller as additional insured and keep the Property Noe liens- <br /> Buyer shall provide 7 days notice of such work so that Seller can post and <br /> of <br /> Non-responsibility. <br /> (d,), processine.
