Anderson&Associates, Inc. (NOA) has been retained by Suzanne Stone of Kimball Hill <br /> Homes to conduct a Phase II Environmental Site Assessment (Phase II) for the property located at <br /> Main Street and Del Mar Avenue, Stockton, San Joaquin County, California. Kimball Hill Homes <br /> intends to develop the site as a residential subdivision. <br /> ' NOA previously completed a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (Phase I) for the Site,which <br /> identified the following potential on-site conditions: <br /> ' 1. Records research indicates that a 550-gallon underground gasoline storage tank was installed <br /> immediately adjacent to the subject property in 1957. The tank was removed without a <br /> permit approximately five years ago. <br /> 2. The subject property has been used for agriculture in the past. <br /> 3. Agricultural chemicals have been stored in the ban on the subject property. Oil stains to <br /> ' soil and open containers of waste oil were observed in and around the barn. <br /> The purpose of the Phase II was to investigate the Site for evidence of any impacts to soil from the <br /> ' potential conditions listed above. As a precaution, the vicinity of the residence on the subject <br /> property was also investigated for potential impacts from lead-based paints. <br /> ' The Site is located at the northeast corner of Main Street and Del Mar Avenue, Stockton, San <br /> Joaquin County, California (Plate 1). It is located in section 66 of the Weber Grant,TIN R7E, <br /> Mount Diablo Base and Meridian. The Assessors Parcel Numbers are 159-100-07, -08, -09, -10, and <br /> 11,and 159-400-25 (Plate 2). The boundaries of the property are defined by Main Street to the <br /> south, Del Mar Avenue to the west, and Horner Avenue to the north.
