The static <br /> as <br /> samermethod,1confirmingMthatctheewater-wtablechaddat 25'611 by the <br /> level been located. <br /> x <br /> The hale was advanced to 35*; drilling spoils consisted of very <br /> wet, loose, coarse sand & gravel; no evidence of contamination <br /> was noted. <br /> Well Completion details: 2" Sch 40 threaded PVC was made up <br /> and put in the hole as follows: <br /> Surface to 19'6" - blank casing- <br /> 19'6" to 34'6" - .020" horizontal slotted casing. <br /> 34'6" - 35' - bottom cap. <br /> m bottom to 17'6" witty 5 sacks of #3 <br /> The annulus was filled fro <br /> sand, and from 17'6" to 14'6" with one sack of bentonite <br /> granules. <br /> The annulus from 14'6" to the surface was filled with 7 sacks of <br /> cement containing <br /> enwas <br /> min a �k mounted <br /> hopper and pumped downthehole usingaflexible hose <br /> ' ' R round metal traffic cover was placed around the top of the <br /> casing, an:: cemented solidly with sacked concrete [nirevent the <br /> i.' expandable locking cap was installed and locked to p <br /> P05 <br /> sibility of contamination.
