To convert the hourly concentration to risk, <br /> simply multiply the PTPLU computed hourly value by 0.1 to annualize the <br /> conce%tration and then multiply again by the benzene Unit Risk Value (2.9 <br /> x 10- ) to obtain the excess risk in cases per million population for a <br /> full 70 year lifetime exposure period.
