(AGE)has prepared the enclosed Preliminary Site Assessment Work Plan <br /> for the property site located at 1201 East Main Street, Stockton, California. <br /> The Work Plan was prepared as required by the San Joaquin County Public Health Services - <br /> Environmental Health Division(PHS-EHD). The scope of work initially includes the advancement <br /> of one soil probe boring to determine the vertical extent of impacted soil and/or ground water. <br /> However,based upon field observations,,additional soil probe borings may be advanced to fully <br /> delineate hydrocarbon impaction. <br /> Upon PHS-EHD approval of the work plan, AGE will submit an application for drilling permit, <br /> permit fee and site-specific health and safety plan.
