Main Street <br /> Manteca, California <br /> Dear Mr. Warren: <br /> This report presents the analytical results of soil sampling <br /> conducted at the above referenced project. <br /> oort <br /> rtsacand acopy of <br /> ched othe pthe <br /> are a site map, chemistry documentationrepo <br /> chain-of-custody documentation. <br /> i The scope of our testing was initiated per the verbal <br /> authorization of Mr. Richard Warren of Crisp Construction. <br /> J <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> Services performed by The Twining Laboratories, Inc. , <br /> consisted of the sampling and analysis of soil samples retrieved <br /> from under a 10,000 gallon gasoline product underground storage <br /> i tank (UST) . Soil samples were retrieved approximately two feet <br /> below the UST at the east and west end of the tank. The tank <br /> appeared to be in good condition with no holes present. A site <br /> plan is presented on Drawing No. 1. The project site is located at <br /> { <br /> 2001 N. Main Street in Manteca, California. <br /> SAMPLING PROCEDURE <br /> The soil samples were obtained by Mr. Matt L. Bullis of The <br /> Twining Laboratories Inc. , on April 30, 1991. The soil sample were <br /> 4 obtained under the direction of Mr. Charles E. Hunt of the San <br /> 1 Joaquin County Department of Health Services . The soil samples <br /> were retrieved using brass sleeves, then capped with aluminum foil, <br /> then plastic caps and immediately packed in ice. for shipment to our <br /> laboratory in Fresno, California. The sample was clearly <br /> identified and banded with shipping seals .
