(AGE)has prepared <br /> this work plan addendum. Also included is a Site=specific Health and Safety Plan (SH&SP). The following <br /> additions and changes will apply to the work plan prepared by AGE: <br /> • The depth to ground water at the property was estimated to be approximately 80 feet below surface <br /> grade (bsg) based on data from 1993. However, ground water has risen significantly since 1993. <br /> Presently, ground water is estimated to be 45to 50 feet bsg. <br /> • A grab water sample will be collected from the probing advanced at.the former UST location using <br /> a Geoprobe water sampling assembly. The sample will be placed into 40-m1 EPA-approved VOA <br /> vials and transported in a chilled container to a state-certified laboratory for analysis.
