Although this department <br /> recommended delay of the ozone pilot test by letter dated 16 July 2012, the <br /> Environmental Health Department approves moving forward and performing the <br /> ozone pilot test at this time if you have received concurrence from the California <br /> Regional Water Quality Central Board, Central Valley Region (CRWQCBCVR) to <br /> proceed with the ozone feasibility pilot study without performing the ozone bench- <br /> scale test.
