Main, in the City of Manteca (APN 223-060-24) on the <br /> northeast corner of Main Street, and Alameda Street, has been <br /> reviewed by San Joaquin County Public Health Services, <br /> Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) . The plan:; is a proposal <br /> for extraction of vapors from the soil associated with unauthorized <br /> releases of petroleum substances stored in underground storage <br /> tanks (UST) which were located on the property. } <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division, Local UST Oversight Program, has made a tentative f <br /> determination that the plan is in compliance with local, State and <br /> Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work will not <br /> create significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the <br /> benefits to be gained from cleanup of the contamination. <br /> The corrective action plan is available for public review at the <br /> City of Manteca Library, 320 A. Center Street, Manteca and PHS/EHD, <br /> 445 N. San Joaquin Street, Stockton, California, `' during normal <br /> working hours, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p,.m.
