However, if you find site closure certification is necessary, PHS/EHD would not be able to provide it <br /> without further site investigation. <br /> Should you wish to further investigate your facility, PHS/EHD has been designated by the State of California Water <br /> Resources Control Board as the local agency overseeing the investigation of leaking UST's.
