Each of the complaints contains information that
indicated you are the complainant and the reason we are sending you this correspondence is to
inform you that this agency is responding to your complaint. DTSC and SWRCB referred your
complaints to our agency as we are the lead regulatory agency that oversees the investigation
and cleanup of unauthorized releases of petroleum products from an underground storage tank in
this county. One of these sites is located near your home. The EHD will be evaluating this site to
determine if it may be a contributing factor to any part of your concerns and complaints. As part
of this evaluation the EHD will be requiring additional investigative work to be performed by this
site to ensure that your property is not being impacted by this release or remediation activities.
The EHD anticipates receiving the results from this investigation by March 2015 and will provide
you with a report of our findings.
We thank you for your patience during this evaluation and investigative process. Please contact
Angelica Sandoval Marin by phone at (209) 468-2807 or by email at amarines-sicehd.com, if you
have any questions.
incerely,
Angelica S.
