Cummings and Associates (JPCA) is pleased to offer this <br /> remediation and environmental, investigation proposal., in response <br /> to the remediation items requested by San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental health Division (SJCEHD) in a letter to you dated <br /> December 5 , 2000 for the real property located at 4075 East Main <br /> Street, Stockton CA. <br /> This additional proposed work is based on the documents recently <br /> sent JPCA, the prior Phase II Report and the above identified <br /> letter. The remediation Will require several work phases, with <br /> i this present proposal being the first phase. <br /> i <br /> BACxGRc,�UDD I <br /> The parcel is approximately rectangular. With approximately 150 <br /> feet on Oro Street north to the lot 's rear border, then <br /> approximately 150 feet along the rear fence, then approximately <br /> 120 feet southerly to East Main Street and then approximately 160 <br /> feet easterly to the NW Corner of the intersection of Oro and <br /> Main Streets. Figure 1 is a site location map. <br /> The WANirig proposal -is based on the UST- removal report (,lune <br /> 6 , 1995 ) from the site. The prior Phase IT Report from JPCA and <br /> the above identified letter from SJCEHD to you, dated November 3 , <br /> 1999 . <br /> I <br /> Based on prior work, the calculated gradient varies but is <br /> generally south easterly. <br /> The properties in the area within a 2, 000 foot radius surrounding � <br /> . the subject site are all reported to be on city water. <br /> 1 <br />
