Cummings and Associates (JPCA) is pleased to offer this <br /> addendum to the Phase II environmental investigation proposal <br /> dated April 7, 1999 for the real property located at 4075 East <br /> Main Street, Stockton CA. <br /> This additional proposed work is based on the documents recently <br /> sent JPCA and a Telecom with Carol OZ, REHS, the regulator <br /> assigned this site within the San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health Division. <br /> The parcel is approximately rectangular. Commencing at the NW <br /> r Corner there is approximately 120 feet on Oro Street the parcel <br /> depth, then approximately 170 feet along the rear fence parallel <br /> to East Main Street, then approximately 120 feet southerly to <br /> East Main Street and then approximately 170 feet easterly to the <br /> NW Corner of the intersection. Figure 1 is a site location map. <br /> The following proposal is based on the UST removal report (Tune <br /> 6, 1995 ) from the site and a site visit conducted on March 25, <br /> 1999 by John P.
