The <br /> report will include a summary of the field work, boring logs, COC <br /> documentation, certified analytical results , conclusions and <br /> recommendations regarding the potential environmental <br /> liabilities, if any, at the site. Two copies of the report will <br /> be submitted to the client and one to the SJC-PHS-EHD as required <br /> by the drilling permit. <br /> ESTIMATED COSTS and SCHEDULE <br /> The costs for this proposed work plan will be submitted under <br /> separate cover. The costs include Professional fees, report <br /> preparation, driller charges, travel, per diem, equipment rental <br /> and chemical analyses. <br /> Projects of this nature can be completed by our firm in about <br /> three weeks.
