A description of <br /> activity codes follows the itemized charges. Program management includes other costs associated with program operation. Such costs <br /> may include: space rental, office services and supplies, purchase of sampling equipment, training and the salary and benefits of <br /> support personnel (i.e., clerical staff, accountant, program supervisor) . Program management charges are calculated at not more <br /> than 50 percent of site specific charges. The exact rate is shown on the last page of your bill.
