After careful consideration of your <br /> letters and review of the project file, we do not agree with your <br /> conclusion that additional investigations are needed at this site. <br /> All levels of hydrocarbons detected during a recent investigation at the <br /> site (March, . 1991) are well below the maximum allowable levels as <br /> presented in the LUFT Manual .
