The 4Q93 report has <br /> been prepared in accordance with reporting requirements defined <br /> in a San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental <br /> Health Division (SJCPHS-EHD) , letter addressed to EBMUD dated <br /> March 27, 1992 and revised in a letter from EBMUD to SJCPHS-EHD <br /> dated January 28, 1993 . <br /> The 4Q93 monitoring activities were conducted by the consulting <br /> firm B&V Waste Science . Monitoring activities for 4Q93 were <br /> conducted in accordance with a workplan approved by SJCPHS-EHD on <br /> July 29, 1993 . <br /> As a duly authorized representative of EBMUD, I certify under <br /> penalty of law that this document and all attachments are,, to the <br /> best of my knowledge and belief, true, accurate and complete .
