Data compiled in the Report and the Addendum <br /> will have satisfied the following elements of the Corrective Action Plan pursuant to Article 11, <br /> Chapter 16 , California Code of Regulations (CCR): <br /> *The physical and chemical characteristics of the hazardous substance or its constituents, <br /> including their toxicity, persistence, and potential for migration in water., soil, and <br /> air. (Investigation-Derived Waste Analytical Results, Report) <br /> I <br /> *The hydrogeologic characteristics of the site and the surrounding area where the <br /> unauthorized release has migrated or may migrate. (Slug Test, Addendum) <br /> *The proximity and quality of nearby surface water or groundwater, and the current and <br /> potential beneficial uses of these waters. (Resolution #68-16 and,Resolution #92- <br /> 49, SWRCB, Addendum) <br /> *The potential effects of residual contamination on nearby surface water and groundwater. <br /> (Report, 4.1, Soil Contamination) j <br /> *The feasibility study to evaluate alternatives for remedying or mitigating the actual or 1 <br /> potential adverse effects of the unauthorized release. Each alternative shall be <br /> evaluated for cost-effectiveness, and shall propose the most cost-effective <br /> corrective action.
