The following additional task options are proposed for the Stockton Yard <br /> remediation project. Because of the-many possible task option combinations, the costs <br /> for likely optional subtasks l OD, 10E, l OF, l OG, l OH, l OJ, l OM, and l OT are presented <br /> as part of the cost sheets in Exhibit B. Actual subtasks will be determined based on <br /> information gathered while conducting Tasks 1 through 6. <br /> • 10A: Performance of a one-mile radius government listing search to identify <br /> potential sources and sensitive receptors. <br /> • . 1OB: Development of a Level C HSP. <br /> • 1OC: Provision for Level C personal protective equipment. <br /> • 1OD: Installation of a "twin" monitoring well adjacent to MW-1. This twin <br /> well will serve to verify whether the previously reported presence of <br /> hydrocarbons at MW-1 resulted from petroleum constituents being <br /> trapped during improper well installation procedures. <br /> • 10E: . Continuous coring of the borings drilled for monitoring well <br /> installation. <br /> • 1OF: Collection of additional HydroPunch If samples. <br /> • 1OG: Collection of additional soil/groundwater samples as part of a <br /> Phase III investigation. <br /> • 1OH: Drilling of soil borings or installation of monitoring wells in concrete <br /> areas.
