The quarterly sampling <br /> data submitted by the District was not compiled in a format of <br /> which a gradient comparison could be evaluated. <br /> It will be necessary for the District to undergo quarterly <br /> monitoring of all the wells immediately so that the gradient <br /> and/or gradients can be appropriately monitored. In addition, <br /> the quarterly report shall contain the following data and <br /> information and be presented in a format consistent with <br /> "Appendix A, August 30, 1991, Tri-Regional Recommendations": <br /> Pursuant to Section 2652 (d) of the Underground Storage Tank <br /> Regulations (California Code of Regulations, Title 23, <br /> Subchapter 16) a quarterly monitoring report shall be <br /> submitted to Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division and Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control <br /> Board (CVRWQCB) until the investigation and cleanup of the <br /> site is deemed adequate. The report is to show the: <br /> -status of investigation and cleanup activities <br /> including the results of all investigations completed <br /> to date; <br /> -proposed continuing or next phase of investigation; <br /> -method of cleanup proposed or implemented, schedules <br /> for the completion of the investigation of the site and <br /> remediation; <br /> -method and location of disposal of the released <br /> hazardous substance and any contaminated soil, <br /> groundwater or surface water; <br /> -manifest required for transport of hazardous <br /> substances; <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
