Upon receipt,review
and approval of these items listed below San Joaquin County Public Health Services-Environmental Health
Division (PHS/EHD) will prepare a site closure summary and chronology and submit the Final Closure
Request Addendum to the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) for a 30
day concurrence review period.
Please provide the following information at your earliest convenience:
1. Current total depth, depth to water, and groundwater elevation of MW-8, current analysis of
groundwater from MW-8 by a California certified laboratory for total petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline,
benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, xylene, MTBE and Dissolved Oxygen. In the event these parameters are
not significantly different from previous trends established at the site no additional sampling will be
required by this agency. In the event groundwater was significantly over the well screen intervals, provide a brief
discussion regarding the quality of this March 1996 data and its relationship to your closure request.
6.Tabulate all soil data and include sample designation, date of sample, depth bgs,and analytical results.
7. Modify Table C-2 to include depth to water for each well for each sampling event.
8.
