(BVWST) . Modifications to the sampling <br /> proposed in the work plan are documented in this addendum. <br /> The initial phase of the field investigation indicated levels of petroleum <br /> hydrocarbons above the detection limits in HP-1 , HP-4, and HP-5. These <br /> concentrations are listed in the following table.
