i <br /> IDW will be sampled and submitted to the District's laboratory for waste <br /> characterization as specified in the July 1993 Additional Assessment and Groundwater <br /> ' Monitoring Work Plan (Work Plan) Upon receipt of the waste profile <br /> characterization results, the IDW will be disposed of appropriately <br /> Groundwater samples were collected on March 27, 1996, from five of the rune <br /> monitoring wells (MW-1, MW-4, MW-5, MW-8, and MW-9) Samples from wells <br /> MW-4 and MW-5 were collected using disposable polyvinyl chloride (PVC) bailers. <br /> Samples from wells MW-1 and MW-8 were collected using dedicated Teflon bailers <br /> Samples from well MW-9 was collected using a dedicated PVC bailer One sample <br /> from each well was collected and submitted for analysis by Umted States <br /> Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) Method 8020 for benzene, toluene, <br /> ethylbenzene,xylenes (BTEX), and methyl tertiary-butyl ether (MTBE), and Method <br /> 8015 Modified for TPH-g All samples were submitted to the District's State <br /> certified laboratory along with the appropriate Chain-of-Custody forms <br /> Quality control samples were collected to provide a check on the sampling, <br /> analysis, and shipping procedures One duplicate sample was collected from MW-9 <br /> and submitted to the District's laboratory and one split sample was collected from <br /> MW-8 and submitted to Anlab Analytical Laboratory for identical analyses as the <br /> original samples to provide a check on analytical procedures One 40 milliliter (mL) <br /> vial trip blank was submitted to the District's laboratory for BTEX and MTBE <br /> analysis to provide a check on shipping procedures <br /> 4.3 Analytical Results <br /> ' Analytical results from first semester 1996 sampling and dissolved oxygen <br /> momtoring results are included in Table 2 The laboratory data sheets are provided <br /> ' in the Appendix The quality control results are not included in Table 2, but are <br /> included in the Appendix.
