That email was sent to you and I received a prompt response from you on <br /> September 5, 2008, indicating that the owners did not want to have anything done on their property. On <br /> September 15, 2008, we mailed you a second request and License Agreement again asking for your <br /> cooperation. (We also sent a courtesy email notification that the request letter and License Agreement were on <br /> their way to you.) Please be aware that this is a time-sensitive matter and,to date, we have not received any <br /> further response from you. <br /> On December 3, 2008,we received a request from the SJCEHD asking for information regarding the status of <br /> our pending access agreement with the property owners and copies of any correspondence between us so that <br /> they could assist us in this matter. It appears that the SJCEHD will be contacting you directly to address the <br /> access issues regarding the required assessment on your property. <br /> In the event the property owners decide to cooperate,I have again enclosed two original License Agreements <br /> reflecting new dates for a five year term. Please review the documents and acquire the appropriate approval, <br /> signatures and dates. Return both originals in the enclosed self-addressed, stamped envelope. Upon receipt, <br /> I will obtain the appropriate Agent's signature and return one fully executed original to you for your records. <br /> Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions whatsoever regarding the scope of work to be <br /> performed on your property or the contents of the License Agreement.
