Only the manifests are
required.
If your client was an A, B, or C qualified CUF recipient, there is a very good
chance a "report" wouldn't be reimbursed by the CUF since it's not on their
list for required reports... .like a `work plan' for well destructions.. not
reimbursed.
A broke State looks for all sorts of ways NOT to spend money.
If you get me all of the manifests signed by the receiving facility (TSD) that
match what was inventoried, I can finish the site documents to process and
issue the NFA (official) letter to the RP. Geotracker and the State LUST list
will then show this site as completed/closed/adequately investigated-
remediated... .the final step.
You can still submit a report if you wish/client requires and you should
include copies of the same manifests in there.
I'll receive it on Geotracker if I'm still here then. Eventually, if I don't do this
part, some newly assigned regulator here will get to it... ... ... .hopefully.
Biggest hurdle to overcome now is to ensure that the bottom block on the
manifests includes the signature of the person at the TSD receiving the
waste. No signature = no closure.
Mike Infurna
(209) 468-3454
From: Gabe Stivala [mai Ito:gabe.stiva la@atcassociates.com]
1/30/2012
