ERI <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL RESOLUTIONS, INC. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION PLAN <br /> for <br /> Tosco 76 Service Stakton 5886 <br /> 2701 West March Lane <br /> Stockton, California <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION <br /> At the request of Phillips 66 Company (Phillips) (formerly Tosco Marketing Company), Environmental <br /> Resolutions, Inc (ERI) has prepared this corrective action plan (CAP) for the subject site Phillips <br /> requested ERI to prepare this CAP in response to a letter from the San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> 1 Health Division (the County) dated August 17, 2001 (Appendix A) This CAP summarizes <br /> environmental work performed at the site to date, presents a summary of the results of feasibility <br /> testing (ERI, October 18 and December 28, 1999), evaluates a new remedial alternative, and presents <br /> an approach for remediating groundwater beneath the site ERI previously submitted a Corrective <br /> Action Plan dated December 28, 1999, for the site to the County The County subsequently approved <br /> the CAP as an interim remedial action plan (IRAP) in a letter dated February 22, 2000 (Appendix A) <br /> 111 Settm <br /> The site is located immediately west of Interstate I-5 on the northwestern corner of West March Lane <br /> and the I-5 off ramp in Stockton, California, as shown on the Site Vicinity Map (Plate 1) The location <br /> of the existing underground storage tank (UST) field, dispenser pump islands, other select site features, <br /> and surrounding properties are shown on the Generalized Site Plan (Plate 2) Properties in the vicinity <br /> of the site are typically occupied by commercial developments <br /> 73 Digital Drive, Suite 100, Novato, California 94949-5791 415-382-9105 (FAX 415-382-1856) <br /> Lake Forest • Novato - Seattle <br />
