A licensed disposal contractor will transport the drums to an appropriate disposal or
treatment facility.
Reporting
Following the completion of the soil boring and well installation activities, ATC will submit a report
summarizing the details and findings of the activities. The report will include the boring logs
indicating sample collection depth, groundwater analytical results, chain-of-custody
documentation, and recommendations for future work, if needed.
CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
ATC proposes to advance one on-site soil boring and installing one on-site shallow well, three off-
site shallow wells, and three on-site deep wells for the purpose of collecting soil and groundwater
samples in order to assess groundwater conditions. Upon approval of this work plan, ATC will
begin to implement the scope of work. A report summarizing the work will be submitted
approximately 4 weeks following receipt of the sampling analytical results.
