IT Corporation has been <br /> retained by BP Oil Company to provide geotechnical and environmental support to the <br /> construction efforts. Three underground storage tanks and associated piping have been <br /> removed, with verification samples being collected at the direction of San Joaquin County <br /> representatives, Tisch Resch and Michael Infurna. An oil/water separator was also removed <br /> ' as part of the station reconstruction. 1T Corporation was advised by Tisch Resch that any <br /> investigation/remediation related to the separator would fall under the jurisdiction of the <br /> Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board. The following letter therefore includes <br /> a description of field procedures, analytical results and recommendations for your review and <br /> approval. <br /> ' Field Procedures <br /> At the request of BP Oil representatives, IT Corporation was present to provide environmental <br /> support to the removal of an oil/water separator from their station #11190 in Stockton, <br /> California. The contents of the separator were removed by H and H Ship Service on <br /> November 21, 1991 and transported (under manifest #91507367) to their facility in San <br /> Francisco for disposal.
