There were no violations or areas of concern for this inspection. <br /> have also attached a waste tire receipt and removal recordkeeping sheet. This sheet is to be used when waste/used <br /> tires are picked up from or delivered to the site in quantities of 9 or less by an unregistered waste tire hauler. The <br /> hauling of more than 9 used/waste tires requires a waste tire hauler registration. <br /> Another issue I would like to bring to your attention is that your property is zoned "residential." Generally waste tires <br /> are not allowed to be accumulated and stored on properties in residential zones in the county. I spoke with my <br /> supervisor and it was decided that it is okay for you to store the tires onsite as long as you do not store the tires on the <br /> ground and do not exceed 50 tires onsite. <br /> If you have any questions or concerns,you can respond to this email,or call me at 209-468-3284, and I will get back to <br /> you as soon as possible. <br /> Thank you, <br /> Harprit S.
