ConocoPhillips 2705445 SECOR
January 15, 2007
Page 3
Laboratory analytical data for groundwater samples collected during this investigation indicate the
following:
• The highest concentrations of GRO (6,000 ug/L)and BTEX (150 ug/L, 970 ug/L,
200 ug/L and 1,000 ug/L)were reported for the B-7 groundwater sample.
The highest concentrations of MTBE and TBA were detected in the groundwater
sample collected from B-11 at 60,000 ug/L and 7,700 ug/L, respectively.
QA/QC
Method blank for DRO analysis on samples B-7@55'contained a target compounds above
the reporting limit. The sample contained greater than 10X the value found in the method
blank; therefore, re-extraction and or re-analysis of the sample was not performed.
Method blanks for DRO analysis on samples B-9@50', B-8@50', B-10@35,' B-1 0@50', B-
7@20',and B-1 @55', contained a target compounds above the reporting limit. None of the
samples associated with the method blank contained the target compound; therefore, re-
extraction and or re-analysis of the sample was not performed.
Surrogate recoveries were not reported for sample B-7@20' due to required dilution.
Waste Removal
Soil cuttings and decontamination rinsate water generated during the site assessment activities
were stored in Department of Transportation (DOT)approved 55-gallon capacity steel drums. The
drums were staged onsite pending laboratory characterization as non-hazardous waste. Filter
Recycling Services (FRS) of Colton, California transported the drums to their licensed facility in
Rialto, California for disposal on February 3,2007. Waste disposal details will be submitted under a
separate cover on a later date.
Limitations
This site assessment report has been prepared for the exclusive use of ConocoPhillips and its
representatives as it pertains to the property located at 1206 E.
