INTERNATIONAL TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION <br /> 1.0 Introduction <br /> IT Corporation was retained by BP Oil to perform a preconstruction site assessment and <br /> provide environmental assistance to UST replacement and associated construction activities at <br /> BP Oil Station 11190, located at 1206 March Lane in Stockton, California. <br /> The pre-Construction soil quality assessment was initiated in order to quantify the amount of <br /> soils containing hydrocarbons that may be encountered during tank removal activities. No <br /> detectable levels of petroleum hydrocarbons were encountered during the assessment. A <br /> report detailing assessment activities is included in Appendix A. The following report details <br /> the removal and disposal of four USTs, associated piping, an oil/water separator and the <br /> ensuing soil stockpiles. <br /> 1.1 Location <br /> The site is located 1206 March Lane in Stockton, California, at the southwest comer of <br /> March and West Lanes (Figure 1).
