March Lane <br /> Stockton, California <br /> Dear Mr. Bennett: <br /> This report summarizes Kaprealian Engineering, Inc. (KEI) <br /> findings at the referenced site. <br /> On April 30, 1987 KEI conducted tank inspection and soil sampling <br /> during the removal of one (1) 1000 gallon waste oil tank at the <br /> referenced site. The purpose of the inspection and sampling was <br /> to comply with the requirements of the state and local regulatory <br /> agencies. The attached sketch shows the approximate location of <br /> the removed tank and the location where the soil sample was <br /> taken. <br /> KEI's activities included the following: <br /> 1) Soil sample collection from the site <br /> 2) Tank inspection <br /> 3) Chemical analysis of the soil sample by a certified <br /> laboratory <br /> 4) Technical report preparation <br /> FIELD INVESTIGATION <br /> KEI's field investigation was conducted on April 30, 1987 <br /> and consisted of visual inspection of the tank and soil sampling. <br /> The tank was removed prior to soil sampling. The tank was made of <br /> fiberglass and appeared to be in a good condition. The depth of <br /> excavation was approximately eight (8) feet. One sample of <br />
