Investigation for the chemical waste disposed to the septic system has <br /> been performed since that discovery. <br /> This report prepared by your consultant, Kleinfelder Inc., documents the sampling and <br /> laboratory analyses of the soil beneath the holding tank and leach lines of the septic <br /> system. <br /> Based on information in the above-referenced file and with the provision that the <br /> information provided to this agency was accurate and representative of site conditions, <br /> no further action related to a chemical disposal to that septic system is required. <br /> Please be advised that this letter does not relieve you of any liability for pollution not <br /> discovered during this investigation.
