Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. This was corrected on site. This is a Class II violation. 4 HSC 25508(a)(1) Failed to complete and/or submit the Business Activities or Owner/Operator Identification page. The Business Activities and Business Owner/Operator Identification forms have not been submitted for 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020. This information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. This was corrected on site. This is a minor violation. 5 HSC 25505(a)(1) Failed to complete and/or submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. The gasoline, propane, and waste motor oil have not been reported for 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020. Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's business plan. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for approval. The Hazardous Materials Inventory forms for gasoline, propane, and waste motor oil are not complete. The obsolete Federal Hazard Categories have not been updated. The information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan.
