I1I, k <br /> 1 <br /> 9 <br /> PUBLIC NOTICE . <br /> _ r <br /> NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING <br /> SITE MITIGATION PLAN <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that corrective action may take . place on <br /> October 8 and 9, 1991, if remediation',;; is required from- an <br /> underground storage tank site located at 1206 E. March Lane, in the <br /> City of Stockton on the southwest corner of March Lane, and West <br /> Lane. A plan for over-excavation has been reviewed by San Joaquin <br /> County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division <br /> (PHS/EHD) . The plan is a proposal for mitigation of hazardous <br /> l substances soil excavation which may have contaminated the site <br /> I due to an unauthorized release associated with underground storage j <br /> tanks (UST) which were located on. the property. <br /> i _ <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services?, Environmental Health # <br /> Division, Local UST Oversight Program, !,;has made a tentative <br /> determination that the plan is in compliance with local, State and <br /> Federal laws and regulations and that the possible resultant work <br /> will not create significant adverse environmental impacts which <br /> exceed the benefits to be gained from cleanup of- the contamination. <br /> The over-excavation plan is currently available for public review <br /> at PHS/EHD, 445 N. San Joaquin Street, Stockton, California, 'during <br /> normal working hours, 8:00 a.m. - 5: 00 p.m <br /> a <br /> Questions regarding the possible procedures that may take place at <br /> the site should be directed to Michael Infurna,.
