(Stratus) <br /> and submitted on your behalf. <br /> The Quarterly Groundwater Monitoring Report, Fourth Quarter 2011 contains ground <br /> water results for sampling performed in October 2011. Ground water gasoline <br /> contaminant concentrations on-site (well S-1) continue to remain extremely elevated. <br /> Contaminant concentrations in the soil and the ground water on-site in the area of S-1 <br /> warrant remediation. <br /> The soil and ground water assessment has been completed at this site and soil and <br /> ground water cleanup will be required. The Feasibility Study and Work Plan submitted <br /> discusses three remedial technologies for soil and ground water remediation/cleanup. A <br /> limited SVE test was conducted in 1992 with favorable results. The EHD agrees with <br /> conducting a more extensive soil vapor extraction/insitu air sparge (SVE/IAS) pilot test <br /> using additional remedial wells that are designed and installed accordingly. <br />
