Our clients'property is across the street from the above-mentioned <br /> site. <br /> I have had a chance to discuss with my clients your request to allow the installation of a <br /> monitoring well on FIS Ranches'property because it would be impossible to put a monitoring <br /> well on the city right-of-way due to overhead lines. It is my understanding that the well will be <br /> placed on the eastern edge of my clients'property just far enough in from the street to clear the <br /> overhead lines.
