Ranches, that USA "is presently involved in a groundwater contamination assessment <br /> study at its above referenced station" and thus, requested "permission to use the side walk area <br /> in front of [F.J.S. Ranch's] property." (See Exhibit 1 - USA Correspondence dated December <br /> 22, 1994.) <br /> In response, we requested that USA provide our clients with more information prior to <br /> us granting any approval. (See Exhibit 2 - Hartmann & Setness Correspondence dated January <br /> 18, 1995.) Despite the reasonableness of our requests, we have yet to receive any response <br /> from USA. <br /> We wish to assure your agency that we intend to fully cooperate in any site <br /> investigation being conducted by the Environmental Health Division regarding my client's <br /> property located at 210l Mariposa Road. At present, it is our understanding that the Local <br /> Oversight Program is not aware of any contamination at my client's property but has requested <br /> that USA Gasoline to take any and all actions necessary to determine the extent of the <br />
