Please
submit a completed permit application and the $89 . 00 fee for each
separate parcel to be drilled on. A copy of the access
agreement, signed by the property owner, must also be submitted
for wells to be installed off site.
Water samples from all the wells, those at this site and also
those at the 2088 Mariposa site, obtained at the same time would
yield the most comparable results. PHS/EHD recommends
coordinating water sampling events so that all the wells at both
sites can be sampled at the same time. The results of this
coordinated sampling event can be shared. You may contact the
property owner of the 2088 Mariposa site for permission to
coordinate this work. PHS/EHD will provide assistance if needed.
The review of the last quarterly report, dated March 31, 1994 ,
revealed that the wells at the site have not been sampled and
reports have not been submitted on a regular quarterly basis.
Please begin to sample all wells at this site and report the
findings to PHS/EHD on a regular quarterly basis effective
immediately.
For future laboratory analysis of groundwater samples, please use
a minimum detection limit for volatile organic constituents in
% Dimcion of San Joaquin County Health Cure Service
