It is imperative that current groundwater data <br /> is being obtained from the wells at this site. This information <br /> will be used in the evaluation of several potential remedial <br /> options for this site. <br /> Please begin submitting quarterly status reports effective <br /> immediately. <br /> Verifying the proper purging, sampling and handling of <br /> groundwater samples during the quarterly monitoring events is an <br /> important part of regulatory oversight. Please provide PHS/EHD <br /> at least 48 hours advance notice prior to initiating any sampling <br /> at this site. <br /> In addition to the laboratory results, the status report should <br /> also include the notes taken in the field documenting the depth <br /> to water measurements and the purging and sampling information. <br /> The owner of the property located at 2088 Mariposa Road has <br /> recently installed three monitoring wells for the investigation <br /> at that site.
