The workplan has been prepared based upon the recent San Joaquin
County Public Health services letter dated January 4, 1993 to USA Petroleum.
The information gathered from this off-site assessment will provide information which will assist
in deciding what future work might be necessary. We respectfully request a delay of your
request for an interim remediation program until after these off-site wells have been installed,
tested, and the results analyzed. At that time, we should better understand the extent and
source(s) of the contamination.
Following your review, Park Environmental Corporation will mobilize field personnel for
performance of the scope of services. Should you have any questions regarding the workplan
please feel free to contact us at (916) 782-8980.
Sincerely,
PARK ENVIRONMENTAL CORPORATION
DN
Peter rank
Project Geologist
cc: Srikanth Dasappa, USA Petroleum Corporation
A:I 125J2.WP
5100 E.
