The Site is <br /> cher Engineering, <br /> Inc. are located on the above identified Local Oversight Program (LOP <br /> an unauthorized releasetorn an <br /> known or suspected of have been impacted <br /> underground storage tank system ( T) bgfore the following condi6ms are required in <br /> order for a Geotechnical permit to be issued by the Environmental HeabDepartment: <br /> Depth to water(DTW) when last measured was appro)dnately 45 feet below <br /> service grade (bsg). To avoid contact with groundwater suspectedto be impacted <br /> by the unauthorized release from an UST, the EHD recommends tkat the <br /> maximum boring depth not exceed 40 feet bsg. <br /> If suspected impacted soil or groundwater is encoulred, the pernft holder will <br /> verify that proper personal protection equipment(P ) is used and proper <br /> procedures for handling hazardous waste are impleonted in orderb minimize the <br /> contact with impacted soil and groundwater. <br /> Field technicians must be 40-hour Hazardous Wastc erations& Emergency <br /> • Response (HAZWOPER) trained, equipped, and infed of potential hazardous <br /> materials at the site before initiating field work activit <br /> All soil and groundwater must be properly containeriybeled, stored and <br /> • disposed. A signed manifest must be submitted to E(fore the permit is <br /> completely closed. <br /> The Geotechnical boring shall be sealed from the botito 6 inches bsg with <br /> • neat cement. All water used for the purpose of sealin�e potable water and <br /> not water that has been displaced from the boring. Wl.conditions the EHD <br /> will issue the Geotechnical boring permit. <br />
