With the submittal on January 18, 2001, of supplemental information <br /> to the Report of Findings and Request for Site Closure to Ms. Oz, we believed that we finally <br /> were to receive site closure approval. With Ms. Oz's subsequent departure from the County,. <br /> we appear to be faced with further delay in achieving closure. <br /> Please consider the following situation, which we consider a hardship. Even though URI has <br /> not occupied this property for several years, URI has had to continue to lease the subject <br /> property from the owner, Northbrook Properties of Northbrook IL, because this matter is not <br /> resolved. The current lease term expires on May 31, 2001, and we are being leveraged again <br /> to renew the lease, because there is not any closure of this matter.
