PUBLYC HEALTH SEftICES <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> X <br /> JOGI KHANNA M.D.,M.P.H. <br /> Health Officer <br /> P.O.Box 2009• (1601 East Hazelton Avenue) • Stockton, Califomia 95201j65*i <br /> (209)468-3400 <br /> PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING <br /> SITE XITIGATION PLAN <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a corrective action plan for <br /> remediation of an underground leaking storage tank site located at <br /> 1444 Mariposa Road, in the City of Stockton (APN 143-150-07-6) on <br /> the southeast corner of Charter Way and Mariposa Road, has been <br /> reviewed by San Joaquin County Public Health Services, <br /> Environmental Health Division(PHS/EHD) . The plan is a proposal for <br /> mitigation of hazardous substances which contaminated the site due <br /> to unauthorized releases associated with underground storage tanks <br /> (UST) which were located on the property. <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division, Local UST Oversight Program, has made a tentative <br /> determination that the plan is in compliance with local, State and <br /> Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant work will not <br /> create significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the <br /> benefits to be gained from cleanup of the contamination. <br /> Questions regarding the specific site or procedures should be <br /> directed to Steven Schneider, Senior R.E.H.S. , at (209) 468-3441.. <br /> Dated: October 19, 1992 <br /> By: Laurie Cotull Qgram Manager, Unit IV <br /> A Division of Sen Joaquin County Health Care Services 10 <br />
